Lincoln Memorial Group (LMG) is one of the largest family-owned cemetery companies in Georgia. LMG operates four historic cemeteries with over 230 acres of land combined serving 1000 families a year, including Lincoln Cemetery, which is the most famous in the portfolio — and is the final resting place for many notable Atlanta citizens, including leading civil rights leaders Hosea Williams and Revs. Ralph David Abernathy. LMG also owns and operates Monte Vista Biblical Gardens, and in Decatur, GA, Dawn Memorial Park and Washington Memorial Gardens.

Shayda Frost
CEO and Owner, Lincoln Memorial Group

Shayda Frost is the CEO and Owner of Lincoln Memorial Group. Shayda’s deep roots in the cemetery industry trace back to the 1960s, as the granddaughter of industry pioneers Jack Frost I and Joan Sawyer, and the daughter of Jack Frost II. This heritage has shaped her passion and vision for revitalizing the business to better serve families in their most challenging times. 

As CEO and owner of the Company, Shayda oversees the strategic direction of Lincoln Memorial Group, ensuring the business thrives operationally and culturally. She focuses on bringing a fresh perspective to the death care industry through innovative service offerings, meticulous attention to detail, and meaningful client engagement. 

A talented and forward-thinking business leader, Shayda combines her creative vision, an eye for design, and a drive to disrupt the status quo. As a millennial leader, she is committed to reshaping the industry for future generations, balancing tradition with modern approaches that better meet families’ evolving needs. 

Shayda earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and holds a master’s degree from the University of Southern California.


Timothy Amoui
CFO and Co-Owner, Lincoln Memorial Group

Timothy Amoui serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Owner of Lincoln Memorial Group, where he oversees all financial, legal, and corporate development functions. Timothy is instrumental in driving the company’s major growth initiatives, ensuring the long-term success and transformation of Lincoln Memorial Group into a leader in end-of-life care.

Prior to joining Lincoln Memorial Group, Timothy worked for leading Fortune 40 company, T-Mobile, where he played a key role on the corporate communications and investor relations team. He contributed to positioning T-Mobile as a dominant force in the wireless industry, including its milestone achievement of surpassing Verizon’s market cap for the first time.

Prior to T-Mobile, Timothy served as Vice President at Sard Verbinnen & Co. (now FGS Global), a leading global consulting firm. In this role, he advised clients on high-stakes matters such as M&A transactions, shareholder activism, crisis management, and corporate positioning. Notable achievements included supporting Zendesk’s acquisition of SurveyMonkey, NortonLifelock’s $8.1 billion merger with Avast, and CoreLogic’s proxy fight and subsequent $6 billion transaction.

Timothy’s partnership with fellow owner Shayda Frost positions Lincoln Memorial Group for sustained success, as the duo brings a millennial perspective to the death care industry that challenges the status quo. Together, they are committed to disrupting traditional models, driving innovation, and building winning teams to meet the evolving needs of families and communities.

A graduate of Brunel University in London, Timothy also holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics.

 

Raymond Burr
Chief Operating Officer, Lincoln Memorial Group

Raymond Burr is the Chief Operating Officer of Lincoln Memorial Group. With over 15 years of experience in the funeral and cemetery industry, Raymond has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams. His expertise in the Atlanta market, honed during his tenure with Service Corporation International (SCI)—the largest funeral and cemetery company in North America—brings invaluable experience to the Company.

As COO, Raymond plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing Lincoln Memorial Group’s strategic vision, with a focus on elevating the Company’s services to best-in-class standards. Inspired by the hospitality industry, he is dedicated to fostering operational excellence, delivering exceptional client experiences, and leading the organization’s transformation into a trusted community partner into a diversified end-of-life care provider.

Known for his visionary leadership and client-focused approach, Raymond is passionate about honoring traditions while driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of families. He shares the Company’s commitment to celebrating and preserving the rich cultural heritage of Atlanta, particularly through Lincoln Memorial Group’s stewardship of historically significant cemeteries like Lincoln Cemetery, Monte Vista Biblical Gardens, Dawn Memorial Park, and Washington Memorial Gardens.
